Scott Washburn is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Commander with over 25 years of leadership in program management, contracting, logistics, and systems engineering. He has also served as senior advisor to the DHS Office of Systems Engineering (OSE) as DHS S&T R&D and DHS CWMD Test Manager.
