Leah Hermiller

Leah Hermiller is D&G’s CEO responsible for the overall success and operations of the company, to include establishing the goals and objectives for future growth.  She is a proven leader, licensed attorney, veteran and analytical thinker with superior communication and negotiation skills.  Leah’s success includes key positions in business, program management, legal, and military organizations.   Her numerous awards for accomplishments in support of professional and community organizations include North Carolina Bar Association’s Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year in 2018 and 2019 Next GovCon Leader Award.

Scott Washburn is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Commander with over 25 years of leadership in program management, contracting, logistics, and systems engineering. He has held key positions in the USCG including CO/XO tours at the Response Boat Medium PRO and as a  Program Manager for multiple USCG, CBP and TSA CWMD programs.  He has also served as senior advisor to the DHS Office of Systems Engineering (OSE) as DHS S&T R&D and DHS CWMD Test Manager.

His highly diversified career includes key leadership positions within the Army, DoD, DISA, DHS, and Industry across Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (C4ISR), Information Technology (IT), and CBRNE programs.

Rick Follett
Director, Integrated Logistics

Highly Experience Senior Program Manager and U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt) with over 37 years of experience supporting major weapon systems and sustainment programs and operations for the U.S. Air Force, Defense Logistics Agency, and Combined Security Transition Command – Afghanistan (CSTC-A).   Responsible for spearheading major innovations in OSD, DLA J3/J6 Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Programs leading to an exponential growth and industry’s development of next-generation technologies.  Proven performance across multiple areas of expertise including program management, information technology, ordnance/munitions, distribution and supply chain management and fielding/sustainment.

Noble Johnson
Director, Defense Programs

Noble Johnson brings more than 37 years of leadership, team-building, and program management experience to the D&G Team. He led the development, deployment and operational testing of a wide range of ground combat, ballistic missile defense, aviation, and command and control systems. As the former PM TRADE, he was responsible for the acquisition and fielding of all U.S. Army training and instrumentation systems worldwide. He is experienced in all aspects of business and program management and has held numerous executive leadership positions in DoD, DHS, and Industry.
