Leah Sanders is responsible for the overall success of D&G as a $50M+ annual revenue, 170+ employee company. This includes establishing the goals and objectives for future growth.  She is a proven leader, veteran, licensed attorney, and analytical thinker with superior communications and negotiation skills. Professional certifications include AWS Certified Practitioner and IBM Data Science Professional. Recognition Awards include Next GovCon Leader and North Carolina Bar Association Outstanding Lawyer of the Year.  Leah is also a national level equestrian rider.

Mark JonesChief Financial Officer

Mark Jones as CFO is responsible for the Planning and Execution Oversight of all Budgeting and Financial Requirements across D&G’s combined $240M+ portfolio. He is the original founder and driving force behind D&G’s early success. Mark is a retired U.S. Army Colonel and Acquisition Subject Matter Expert with 30+ years in the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Programs with key leadership positions within the Army, DoD, DISA, DHS, and Industry across C4ISR, IT, and CWMD programs. Mark is DAWIA Level III Certified in PM, IT and Systems Engineering.  Mark is also an avid golfer and accomplished musician that enjoys playing bass in several VA/DC area churches.

Scott Washburn
Scott WashburnChief Operating Officer

Scott Washburn as COO is responsible for the oversight and execution of D&G’s operations, human resources, contracting and financial support.  He is a  retired U.S. Coast Guard Commander with over 25 years of leadership in program management, contracting, logistics, and systems engineering. He has held key positions in the USCG including CO/XO tours at the Response Boat Medium PRO and as a Program Manager for multiple USCG, CBP and TSA CWMD programs. He has also served as senior advisor to the DHS Office of Systems Engineering (OSE) as DHS S&T R&D and DHS CWMD Test Manager. Scott is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE) and DHS Level 3 Program Manager.

Dan Fox
Dan FoxChief Growth Officer
Dan Fox leads D&G’s business development team, focusing on executing the company’s growth strategy. Before joining D&G, Dan held leadership roles at Frontier Technology, Inc. (FTI), where he managed Navy-Marine Corps portfolio growth, and at Client Solution Architects (CSA) as COO, where he directed operating units in IT solutions, mission support, management consulting, and logistics. He joined CSA after its acquisition of Capstone Corporation, where he served as COO, doubling revenue and profit over three years. Previously, as a Senior Program Manager at Insignia Technology, he led programs for the Department of Veterans Affairs and U.S. Special Operations Command, specializing in systems and software engineering. Dan began his career at SAIC, serving over 17 years in leadership positions, including work on the Navy’s DDG-1000 destroyer and the USCG National Distress and Response System, with expertise in areas like ground combat vehicle acquisition, unmanned systems, and Joint command and control.
