We are the DHS 102-01 full life cycle acquisition and integrated logistics SMEs. We develop next generation capabilities in weapon systems sustainment, performance-based logistics, and enterprise software and hardware. In recognition of our success, we have received awards from the DLA Director, Secretary of the Army, and DHS Secretary. Examples of our work and successes include:
- Provided acquisition support, IMS support, EVM support, and Budget and Financial Management for multiple projects over $2B in support of 35+ OTIA Level I-III programs.
- Provided radiation and nuclear detection training and exercise support for presidential inaugurations and super bowls.
- Implemented and supported over 1,000 Human Portable TripWire (HPT) systems across the USCG.
- Led CWMD’s planning, coordination, and implementation of the Homeland Security Information Network for the CIO and SSD Directorates.
- Developed the Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) CONOPS and leading JCTDs in support of DLA’s capability to deploy units worldwide within 48 hours.
- Manage a $49.5M BPA where we conduct capability analyses, requirements development, and JRIMS support for all USCG programs.
- Under our $55M IDIQ, we support the Remote Missions Systems Product Line, shore-based assets, and enterprise software and hardware products across the USCG Service Centers.
- Led PowerBI and Azure capability development for the United States Coast Guard and Defense Logistics Agency. This support includes data mining program schedules to create visualizations and strategic dashboards for the entire USCG Acquisition Directorate.
- Authored the first ever Global Nuclear Detection Architecture strategic and implementation plans.
- Conducted more than two dozen red team net assessments of agencies’ ability to respond to radiation and nuclear contingent operations and incident response scenarios.
- Implemented the highly successful fielding, training, and sustainment plan for the Basic Handheld System for CBP and Small Vessel Standoff Detection.
